The regular meeting of Peru Township convened in regular session from 7:00 PM to 8:45 PM in the Townhall located at 1031 Co Rd 24 Marengo Ohio 43334.ber Hickson

Chairman Frank Darst called the meeting to order.

Roll call was taken Frank Darst present, Art Close present, Charles Lynn present, Paul Hinkle present.

Minutes of the September 9, 2021 were read and a motion b y Frank Darst to approve the minutes second by Art Close Lynn yes, Darst yes, Close yes, motion passed

The following bills were presented for payment

Ohio Department of Taxation $ 168.38, Ohio School Income Tax $105.79, US Treasure IRS $ 498.08, OPERS $1171.39, Robert t Hickson $ 1029.86, Del-Co Water $12.00, Arthur Close $ 200.00, Frank Darest $ 200.00, Charles Lynn $ 149.95 Paul Hinkle $ 200.00, , BWC $ 60.73, Consolidated Electric CO-OP $ 210.00, Center Ohio Farmers CO-OP Inc, 1370.28, Bear Overheads Door $ 47.00, US Bank $ 31.47, Arthur Close $ 631.91, Frank Darst $ 631.91, Paul Hinkle $ 922.79, Charles Lynn $ 678.09, Government Leasing and Finance Inc $ 1380.75 Total all bills $9,649.19.

A motion by Art Close to pay the bills secdond by Charles Lynn Darst yes, Close yes, Lynn yes, motion passed.

Doyle Whited was present to ask if he could doe some grading of the e ditch in front of his house, the trustees gave him permission to grade the ditch as long as he did not change the water flow.

No report from the zoning committee

Robert reported all the road signs are up and in good condition, and that he had put the portable stop sign to gather..

Fund Balances General Fund $ 101,156.98, License Tax $ 36,623.18, Gas Tax $ 182,833.36, Coronavirus Fund $ 80,103.81, CD $ 25,000.00 Total all Funds $ 427,717.33

All formal actions of the regular meeting of Peru Township concerning and relating to the adoption of resolutions and /or motions passed at this meeting were adopted in a meeting open to the public, in compliance with the law, including section 121.22 of the Ohio revised Code.
