Township Responsibilities

The Peru Township Trustees are responsible for:

  • Mowing and trimming grass during the growing season

  • Maintaining driveways, fencing, and signage

  • Removing fallen branches and debris

  • Repairing or resetting headstones as needed for safety

  • Managing burial records and plots

  • Overseeing general upkeep to ensure the grounds remain respectful and accessible

    Located on County Rd 24, between Co Rd 15 and Co Rd 225

    South Woodbury

    Located on County Rd 24, north of Ohio St Rt 229 and County Rd 21

    Morehouse

    Located on the north side of Ohio St Rt 229, about 350 feet west of its intersection with Township Road 166
